Starbond Black Medium-Thick CA glue is a flexible, rubber-strengthened, super glue that dries jet black. This amazing adhesive has impact and shock absorbing properties, and can expand and contract with its surrounding environment. It's also ideal for hiding imperfections, filling dark voids, and accenting specific areas in your projects, particularly in spalted wood. It can be sanded down and polished to a high-gloss finish and will not crack in a malleable environment.

Properties:

  • 500 cPs (meaning the thickness of the liquid is similar to that of syrup). Penetrating abilites of up to 0.008" in size. Bonding time: 40-60 seconds.
  • Drying time without an accelerator: 1-3 minutes
  • Drying time with an accelerator: 15-20 seconds

When will my order ship?

  • We ship as soon as possible - most of the time within 24 hours of order placement. (Orders placed on Friday after 10am CST, Saturday or Sunday will ship Monday)
  • You will receive an e-mail with tracking from us when your order ships.
  • All orders ship from Ramsey, Minnesota.
  • ALL orders shipped through the USPS are not guaranteed to be delivered within the window that they promise. The USPS does not offer guaranteed delivery on Priority Mail packages, so we will not issue postage/shipping refunds if they do not deliver on time.   • International orders: Shipping cost will be calculated during checkout and will NOT include your local duty and/or customs fees. If you choose UPS, they will not deliver until these duty/taxes are paid.

I'm a local customer, can I pick up my order?

  • Yes you can. We just need time to pack your order. Please place your order online and add notes during checkout that you want to pick up the order. Usually pickup orders are ready the next day. Orders placed before 10am CST may be ready the same day. We will contact you when ready.
  • Our pickup hours are Mon-Thurs 8:30 am - 4:00 pm. Friday 8:30 am - Noon. 
  • Pickup Address: 7101 143rd Ave NW Suite O Ramsey. We are in the Energy Business Park located just off Highway 10. Please look for 'Harrison Specialties' on the sign outside the front door.
