Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. LOG IN HERE
- If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, please contact us to discuss options.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- To initiate a return, please log into your account and submit a return request. LOG IN HERE
- If you did not create an account, or do not have one, please just email us and we will assist with your return and refund.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be refunded.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- Our system generates an email when returns are processed. You should have received an email from us about your return/refund if it was processed.
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at anne@harrisonspecialties.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
- If you order the wrong item, we can exchange it.
- We charge $15 for exchanges.
- If you need to exchange it, send us an email at anne@harrisonspecialties.com.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
